We also support several strip mall properties with ongoing maintenance such as tree trimming, lighting, and gutter clean-outs.   We are committed to ensuring the property is maintained to your specifications. 

Safety issues are given top priority and receive immediate attention.   We are able to handle non-critical requests with 1-2 day turnaround time.   For larger projects, we can provide a free written estimate which is always negotiable and arrange for invoicing with terms of Net 30.
